About the Event
Laura is teaching a Gentle Yoga Class (all levels welcome) at the Glen Wild Lake clubhouse in Bloomingdale, NJ. You will be able to see the lake through the clubhouse windows while practicing.

Please bring 1-2 blankets, a yoga mat, and any other props that will make you feel comfortable.
