Yoga with Laura

I have been practicing yoga since 2004 and teaching since 2010. I studied at Pure Yoga in NYC with Alanna Kaivalya and Kay Kay Clivio and have over 500 hours of training with a specialization in restorative and gentle yoga. 

Since the pandemic, I have not been teaching weekly classes, but I do offer special classes sometimes. I always list upcoming classes on my events page.   

My yoga practice has been an integral part of my journey, and I am very grateful I found it at a young age. It helped me find the strength to move through my fears and reconnect with my creativity.
