Restorative Yoga Class with Extended Live Music at the End

Join Laura for a special restorative yoga offering that will include 30 minutes of live music at the end. Attendees will be invited to remain in Śavasana as long as they’d like, and are welcome to bring a journal. Inner guidance may arise while listening. The first 60 - 70 minutes will consist of Restorative Yoga, a practice of fully-supported poses that encourage the body to deeply relax. Laura will offer affirmations, breathing exercises, gentle massage and adjustments that further enhance the relaxation experience. 

All levels of yoga students are welcome.
