About the Book
The Sun Is Shining is an inspiring children’s book that helps young readers explore their emotions while discovering a timeless truth: feelings may shift and change, but the love within us is always present.
Through a gentle, universal message of self-awareness, children are guided to find calm and strength by connecting with the wisdom of their hearts.
The story also features a calming practice, a heart scavenger hunt, and interactive questions that encourage deeper engagement with the illustrations.
Interactive Author Events
I offer interactive events that include a reading of The Sun Is Shining, calming breathing exercises, gentle stretches, and live music. Attendees are invited to color in coloring sheets that feature images from the book while I play live music.
These offerings create a calming space where families can unwind, connect, and play together.
