Hatha Yoga Class at Highland Yoga, NJ

Hatha Yoga is a movement-based practice that incorporates poses for strength, balance, and stretching. Breathing exercises (aka pranayama) may also be practiced. This is an open-level class. All levels of yoga students are welcome.
