Art of Relaxation classes are an invitation to reconnect with your childhood sense of playful creativity. All levels of artists are welcome.
If your mind says, "I am not an artist," then you should DEFINITELY come! We are all artists, and when we learn to connect with our creativity, it is very healing for us.
For class you will need:
1) Printed Art of Relaxation Worksheet
2) a pencil
3) an eraser
