Restorative Yoga Class at Highland Yoga

Restorative Yoga is a very gentle style of yoga that encourages deep relaxation of the body in supported poses. Laura offers mantras and affirmations to help the students' minds relax into the stillness of the poses. She also sings two songs at the end of class during śavasana. 

All levels of yoga students are welcome.
